Fall has arrived and so has the 2009 Combined Federal Campaign (CFC), an important source of funds for PHA’s efforts to find a cure for PH and help patients and their family members live fuller, healthier lives. Last year, PHA’s CFC pledges totaled over $54,000, and PHA continues to see growth each year because of the continued support of our loyal CFC donors.

Federal and postal employees as well as military personnel and retirees can contribute to PHA through the CFC.

When you complete your CFC pledge card, be sure to write in 12097 so PHA will receive your gift. Your contribution will be used to support PHA’s important programs, including research, education, outreach and patient services. You can do even more by being a Workplace Ambassador. Represent PHA in your workplace by telling your coworkers your PH story. Contact Jennifer at 301-565-3004 x756 or giving@PHAssociation.org for more information.

Not a federal employee? Then help PHA spread the word by calling your friends and/or family who participate in the Combined Federal Campaign. Let them know how they can make a difference! You can also participate in Other Workplace Giving Initiatives.

On behalf of the thousands of men, women, children and families battling pulmonary hypertension, we extend our heartfelt thanks to those who participated in the 2008 campaign and those who will support us in 2009.

With your help we can make it another record year!
